Shipping policy

FaithedPromise products are made to order. We currently ship within the United States.

Production and delivery

Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Once your order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes another 2–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and the total shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Separate packages

Items in the same order may be produced by different providers and arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is provided when available. If an order is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or ships.
