Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Because FaithedPromise products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or other preference-based reasons.

Please review product details, sizing, colors, quantities, shipping information, and your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact FaithedPromise within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter production quickly. Once an order has entered production, been fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues
FaithedPromise is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
