Using our store
These terms apply to purchases from Faithed Promise at faithedpromise.com. Please review these terms, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.
Product information
Our apparel and accessories are made to order. Review the product description, size guide, color, design, and personalization carefully before checkout. Product images illustrate the design; screen settings and production methods can cause small differences in color and appearance. This does not remove your rights when an item is defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Prices are shown in the store's displayed currency. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout. We may contact you to resolve an unavailable item, an apparent pricing error, or a suspected fraudulent order before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the affected items to the original payment method. Changes to prices do not change an order already accepted.
Production, delivery, and cancellations
Production and delivery times are estimates. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. See our Shipping Policy for details. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will try to accommodate requests before production begins; changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production starts.
Returns and product problems
Our Return and Refund Policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds. Made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color, subject to applicable law. For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when confirmed. Do not send an item back unless we request it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Personalized products
When personalization is offered, check the spelling and text before submitting your order. Submit only material you have permission to use. We may decline personalization that infringes another person's rights or contains unlawful material and refund an affected order if we cannot fulfill it.
Materials and care
Review available fabric and material information and follow the product's care instructions. If you have a known sensitivity, contact us before purchasing so we can help you check available product details. We do not guarantee that every product is suitable for every sensitivity. This notice does not exclude responsibilities or consumer rights imposed by law.
Store content and privacy
Do not copy or commercially reuse Faithed Promise branding, designs, or store content without permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with its operation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Updates and contact
